Additionally, once the contract was signed, I was immediately assigned an editor to work with me on getting my book ready for publication, and her professionalism and insight have been invaluable to the quality of my book." —Neil Ashdown, Ph.D., Author of One Made of Many |

"The Assistance provided by American Book Publishing was and continues to be, priceless. I am indebted to my editor, George, for his expertise. He was able to smooth out the rough spots in the manuscript and polished the prose until it sparkled.
The hard work of others in the American Book family, most notably Becky Beck, was instrumental in bringing Cold Harbor from rough draft to finished publication. I am more than grateful for all they have done for me."—Harlow Keith, Author of Cold Harbor |

“Your contract to publish my book came as quite a pleasant surprise. ("Stunned" would be a better characterization). Frankly, I wasn't expecting to hear from you so quickly and knowing that publishers turn down most manuscripts (I think your website says all but 2%), I was anticipating a rejection. (I was waiting for a fast ball and you threw me a change-up). So now I am doing what I should have been doing all along --looking at your website thoroughly and speaking to other publishers about what has happened. All of what I am learning is positive and you may be pleased to know what others are saying about American Book Publishing.
First, your website is a huge source of information. I apologize for not reading through it comprehensively. I have spent some time there and also in your book store and it is very impressive. I received an invitation to read another online book on another online book publisher's site and, well, it was pretty paltry compared to yours.
I came to find out about American Book Publishing when one of your editors sent me a manuscript to read and comment on. I said I did not now have the time to do so, as I was working on my own book and she suggested I check you out which I did and here we are today.
I spoke to some people at Zondervan, Regenry and Crossway Books. They were encouraging about working with your organization and congratulatory about the contract. Zondervan told me that I was fortunate to have gotten a contract for an anthology of mostly published columns as they don't publish such books even though writers like Cal Thomas and George Will have their columns published (but by different publishers). They encouraged me to go ahead with you.“ —Gregory Rummo, Author of The View From Grass Roots |

“Oh My God - It is Magnificent! I'm THRILLED!!! It does everything - tells that it's about ART, tells that there is something more, the heavenly light. I am so pleased! Thank you thank you thank you! Please pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who had a part in this book cover design. (flabbergasted pleased).
Not having ever had a novel published I didn't know what to expect, was worried I'd have to fight for every paragraph. That turned out to not be the case. Bill took what I'd written and found my errors, questioned a few words I'd chosen and suggested others. I was amazed and pleased that my book came through virtually untouched. I would say the match of editor and author in this case was excellent, and thank you.
Additionally, my copyeditor has also been wonderful and I have approved almost every change she made. I would like to acknowledge and thank the enthusiastic and energetic team at American Book Publishing for their help and assistance in readying Key Light for publication, including Rachelle, Cindy, Rebecca with Diane, Cheri, Erica Simmons, Mynderd, and most especial thanks to my editor, Bill.” —Pat Stewart, Author of Key Light

From the designing of the cover page till the publishing the effort you took, make me proud of you as I have got a privilege to be the part of such a wonderful company for my book.
Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime” this is the proverb that comes into my mind when I think of the enormous effort you took towards it. It was really marvelous that you put up appropriate design and suitable correction in it. It is a dream come true for me and I am sure it will make waves all over the market as we aim at the right areas for marketing. I am not at my residence for this week, so I don't have all the names I need on this computer, but there were others on the editing staff that were very congenial in our correspondence. "As a first-time author, I really had no idea what to expect when I signed on with American Book Publishing. I had heard stories of how difficult it was to work with editors and publishers in general, so I suppose I anticipated some battles... Thankfully, this was NOT a problem! My editor, Lisa, was very professional and did an excellent job with my manuscript. Since my book was actually a pre-school curriculum, there was a lot of difficult formatting that needed to be done as well as the general editing - and Lisa did a fantastic job in both aspects! And because my curriculum is a 2-book set, Cheri had to design 2 separate book covers and both were wonderful! As I look ahead with anticipation to the marketing phase of this new adventure, I have only good things to say about my experience with American Book."—Tammy A. "American Book Publishing, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have made my dream come true. Your wonderful editor, Jennifer did a terrific job. Thanks, Jen! I couldn't have done it without you. Your timely ideas and long suffering with my written southern drawl, had to be taxing at times. lol. Before Jen was completely through with the editing, Jana Rade, Director of Design was already working on the cover artwork. You talk about efficient! Then came marketing. Jeff Townsend and Jeanette Boswell, Director of Public Relations, took me under their wings, so to speak, and helped me focus my efforts on my target market. I think that because the entire staff at American Book Publishing seemed to work together like a well greased wheel, I have a better novel, than when I signed on with American Book Publishing. Thanks again, to Nathan, Director of Operations, and the entire staff at American Book Publishing for believing in me and Mahan Mountain." —Laveral Rogers, Author of Mahan Mountain |

"My experience with American Book Publishing has been exceptional. Kera is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in the field of editing, not to mention a pleasure to work with since this was my first novel.
The design and art departments were extremely sensitive to my own visual concept of the cover design. It was almost as though they could see what I was mentally visualizing. Production has been interesting, but any questions I had during the process were eagerly answered in order to educate me in the process. In regard to the PR department, even though the process isn't yet complete and we still have work to do, Jeffrey has been extremely helpful through advise and direction.
Everyone has been wonderful and I would recommend to any first time author to give American Book Publishing the opportunity to facilitate the process of making ones dreams a reality. Thank you American Book Publishing!"—Jerra Rose, Author of The Zebra Conspiracy

"As you know this is my first book and therefore I do not have any other experience with a publisher on which to base an evaluation of your services; however having said that I am satisfied with all aspects so far.
Soumitro my editor did a fine job catching all the little typos etc and was very responsive. Everyone else along the way have been quite professional and I expect that this project will come to a successful conclusion in due time.
My family and I particularly liked the cover design. I believe it captured the essence of the book perfectly and I was very pleased to say the least. I am looking forward to working with Jan and expect she will be very helpful in the marketing phase of this project, which of course will ultimately determine the success of failure of the book."—Larry Wagner, Author of Earth Class |
