"I am thrilled with American Book Publishing.  The editor and artistic staff assigned to my book put their hearts and souls into making it a fabulous read and into designing an inspiring cover.

I found that the editor assigned to my book was sincerely interested in the book's message, not just in wordsmithing its content.  As a result, my editor worked tirelessly to ensure the book resonated with readers and remained focused on providing real help with relationship issues.

Over the ensuing months, I came to appreciate my editor as a colleague and trusted friend.  My editor was someone who believed in my book and worked to make it great, not just good.

It was clear from the very start that we had a common goal that transcended the so-called "normal" rigors associated with the editing process.  The next step involved designing the book's cover.  When the artistic staff took over, my experience was equally as favorable.

American Book Publishing consistently sought my input in designing the book's cover  and the artistic staff worked to ensure that I was pleased with its look and feel during every phase of the design process.  In taking great care and consideration in deciding on the best possible color, art work and theme for the book cover, I again realized that American Book Publishing wanted the best cover possible for me and for the reader.

Lastly, the marketing process patiently worked with me to ensure that an effective marketing strategy was in place. Marketing the book was important to American Book Publishing because their marketing team was sincerely interested in ensuring that those who would benefit from reading my book would know that it was available.

Marketing the book's message in the hope of helping the reader rather than solely to make money was the strategy employed by American Book Publishing.  Looking back, it is little wonder that I found the entire experience so thoroughly rewarding. I sincerely hope we can work together to bring a second book to market soon." —Michael W. DeClue, Author of Secrets of Love and Marriage: How to Regain True Love in Recovery

“THANK YOU to American Book Publishing! You have given me the opportunity to have my book published. As a “never before published” author, it was so incredibly difficult to find a publisher who would give me a chance. American Book Publishing has placed their faith in me as an author and provided me with an avenue to get my book into the hands of people who can be helped through its message. My dream of getting my book published has been a worthwhile journey, one that American Book Publishing has made an awesome reality.

The professionals at American Book Publishing have been absolutely wonderful to work with. My editor helped guide me, with patience, through the arduous process of editing my book. The Director of Operations was very helpful in answering all of my questions and encouraging me when I would grow weary and lose heart with the many steps and the time required to get a book through the publishing process. My interactions with Design, Production, and Marketing have been both pleasant and very satisfactory. I feel like I have a friend, mentor, and ally in the people at American Book Publishing.” -Carol Sauceda, Author of My Journey with Grief – A Mother’s Grief Revealed in Her Journals

"I want to thank the entire staff of American Book Publishing for a job well done in publishing my book, "The Mysterious Virtues of Paul Abanda". The publication of this book has opened a new chapter in my life. It provides the world an opportunity to read about the dwindling African culture that seemed lost and forgotten. The Editing Department under the leadership of the Editing Director has done a superb job in transforming my manuscript into one of the greatest books of the 21st century. I appreciate the thoroughness, and methodic approach applied during the editing process. The Design department led by the Design Director performed a wonderful job. The cover accurately conveys the content of the book. The cover represents ingenuity, imagination, abstraction and creativity. The visual 'look and feel' truly represents my book.

The Production Department refined the format with an ergonomic appeal-touch. I am delighted with the results. The marketing Department has started working with me on my marketing plan. The Department provided me with references, documentation and a roadmap to market my book. I have learned through the process of working with the Department that a well-thought and planned marketing strategy is the key to the success of any publication. I look forward to an aggressive flawless marketing strategy to bring my book to a best seller. I want to use this rare opportunity to share with the world the wonderful job and expertise of the staff of American Book Publishing. The process has motivated me to write more and to establish myself as a professional writer going forward. I believe this symbiosis relationship will bring to light some of the wonders that remain buried in the continent of Africa. It is time for me to take one more step to encourage those caring for the sick, and working with HIV/AIDS patients throughout the world. I want to do so through my writing. I hold hope that with the help of others such as American Book Publishing, we will find a cure for HIV/AIDS." —Tata Thaddeus Agwo, Author of The Mysterious Virtues of Paul Abanda And Warrior At Heart

“Ashley was my Editor, and how lucky I was to have had her.  She brought out skills I didn't know I had and brought me to tears more than once when she made me really think about what I felt during certain situations.  Seeing yourself from someone else's perspective is quite an experience.  I learned to elaborate, to create dialogue and to think of my readers.  If there were questions or concerns, she was on it immediately.  I was never left to wonder about anything.  She has my utmost respect and deepest gratitude for making my dream come true.  Jana worked tirelessly in helping to resolve the issues regarding the cover design.  She is extremely talented and even more extremely patient and understanding.  She was able to create the cover just as I had wanted and then some.  I am currently working with production and marketing and have only recently been given several tasks.  But I feel a sense of strength from them and maybe I won't feel  alone going through all of this.  The services provided by American Book Publishing are absolutely professional and I was treated with utmost respect and their patience and understanding during recent struggles with my health have been comforting.  These are real people who really care” -Sandra B. Schortmann, Author of Sisters of the Storm

"Now that we are somewhat settled into our very comfortable 1900 home in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, I have been working on my sixth book, and thought now is the time to ask, and submit my fifth book to you for review.

I'm very pleased, and excited about this book, Halfmoon on the Mississippi River, it is a spin off of Trail of Broken Chains. I feel this latest book is my favorite, and I want you, and American Books to be my publisher.
Since my first dealing with American Books, I have felt very secure, and proud to tell people when they ask me who is my publisher. There is no other publisher who can take my manuscript from the beginning and do what you can do.

Your editors, and your cover designers are great, and when I like something, or someone, I do not change directions in the middle of the stream.

I would be honored as the times before if you would review my manuscript for publishing." —David Burton Flint, Author of Trail of Broken Chains and Halfmoon on the Mississippi River

"We found our editor to be quite helpful during the process of editing The Otherhood.  The points he raised, and the suggestions he made, were usually right on target.  Even in those rare instances where we differed in what we thought was best, once we had explained our rationale and made some minor adjustments he was accepting of our point of view when it was warranted.  It became obvious upon our first communication with him that he'd not only read the book, but understood the nuances and subtleties of the somewhat complex plot.  We'd gladly work with him again, should American Book choose to publish our next venture, now tentatively titled The Externalist." —Paul Bleier and Eric Schmitz for Lytchcov Zammana, Author of The Otherhood

"We (her editor and I) seem to communicate very well, and I certainly appreciate the attention she has given my book. No doubt she has made an invaluable contribution to the final product - I do not profess to always word every sentence correctly! I also think the process of e-mail is extremely convenient." —Scarlett Dunn, Author of Renegades, Rebels and Rogues

"Being first time authors, American Book has had extra patience with us in different departments. Our editor was very compliant to our requests when we did not like the way things were going. And, began to understand that both of us having full time jobs did not leave as much time for the book as we had anticipated.

Although the cover design was the hardest challenge for us. We could not find one that we both thought fit, and Jana worked right along side us. Working tirelessly until we were happy. And, we went through many rough drafts before we finally found the "perfect" one. We are very grateful for the patience from our editor and Jana, because the book looks GREAT!"—Denise Magrdichian, Author of What Life Is Really Like: The Young Woman's Survival Guide

It is through her guidance and expertise that I'm able to share this "Christmas tale" of mine with you". —Charles O'Fearghail, Author of The Discovery
